Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges (Store Credit Only)

We do not offer refunds at this time. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit or exchange under the following terms.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, and in their original packaging.

  • Any item returned with visible signs of wear, stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, alterations, or smoke odors will not be accepted.

  • Shoe returns must include the original box, and shipping labels should not be placed directly on the box.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked down by 30% or more

  • White clothing

  • Holiday merchandise

  • Bras, undergarments, swimwear, and jewelry

Return Instructions

  1. Fill out the Returns Form included in your package.

  2. Ship your return to the following address:

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. These are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit, if applicable.

  4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or shipping insurance, especially for returns valued over $75.

Tada Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered return packages.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and approved, an electronic store credit (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued via email or text within 5 business days.

If the requested item for exchange is unavailable, your store credit can be used toward any other item on our site.
